📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process for high-impact construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials and equipment at competitive prices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely project delivery.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and procurement best practices.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders, including project managers and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction procurement, with a proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
