π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings.
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a corporate or event management environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
