📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to assess their financial needs and provide personalized financial solutions.
• Use the Indodana App to manage and track client interactions, loan applications, and payments.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to ensure they receive the best possible financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
• Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure targets are met.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial services, particularly in loan collection or sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using the Indodana App and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and best practices.
