Collection Coordinator - Pontianak (KB Finansia Multi Finance)
KB Finansia Multi Finance is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Collection Coordinator to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. As a key player in our collections department, you will oversee the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Our company, established in 1998, has grown to become a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, with a strong presence in Kalimantan.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our collection process, from initial contact to final recovery. You will use our in-house collection software, KBIMS, to track and manage all outstanding debts. Your daily tasks will include making calls, sending reminders, and negotiating payment plans with our clients. You will also be responsible for reporting on collection performance and providing regular updates to your manager.

- Manage and track outstanding debts using KBIMS collection software
- Make calls and send reminders to clients to encourage timely payment
- Negotiate payment plans with clients to facilitate debt recovery
- Provide regular reports on collection performance to your manager
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and cooperation
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in training new collection staff as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Understanding of Indonesian financial services and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
