📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using operational software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
