As the Outlet Captain at Big Bellies, you will be the backbone of our Ubud branch, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for a driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the fast food industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with the corporate office to maintain high standards and contribute to the overall success of Big Bellies.

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the fast food or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems (e.g., Square, Toast, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Willingness to travel and work in a tourist destination.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
