📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Assist with payroll processing using Payroll System.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
