Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and test construction materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement site safety plans and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.,Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and sustainability best practices.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel to maintain high standards of performance and safety.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus but not mandatory.π οΈ Keahlian
