Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product procurement.,Train and supervise junior store staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.π οΈ Keahlian
