Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects and issues.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that software meets quality standards and requirements.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage testing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
