📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that they align with the interests of Cipta Duta Group.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring that they can effectively use and benefit from our products.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
