Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.Work closely with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with overall company goals.Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.π οΈ Keahlian
