📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentoring and training junior electricians to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Managing and maintaining electrical equipment and tools.
• Providing technical advice and support to the team.
• Ensuring all work is documented and recorded in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment.
