Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and practices.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.π οΈ Keahlian
