π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement sports programs that align with early childhood development milestones.
- Lead group activities such as ball games, dance, and gross motor skills exercises.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Collaborate with educators to integrate sports into the overall curriculum.
- Assist with classroom management and supervision during sports activities.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and participation in sports activities.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood sports coaching or a similar role.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Experience working with children aged 3-6 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education and sports.
