Distributor Specialist - Metro Manila

As a Distributor Specialist, you will be at the heart of our distribution operations, working closely with our distributors to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our products across Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key distributor accounts, developing and implementing strategies to enhance our distribution network, and ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and maintain a strong market presence.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key distributor accounts to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our products.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our distribution network and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and maintain a strong market presence.
- Ensure that our products are delivered to customers on time and in perfect condition.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of our distribution operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our distribution operations remain competitive.
- Work closely with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure that our distribution operations are aligned with our overall business strategy.
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of distribution management and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
