📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily operations of the branch, including scheduling classes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage branch budget.
• Collaborate with corporate office to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the wellness or fitness industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
