📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels using Sociolla's Inventory Management System, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely restocking.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
• Train and mentor retail team members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Lead the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store improvement initiatives and promotional activities.
• Participate in inventory and stock-take activities, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems, such as Sociolla's Inventory Management System.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
