Greet and assist customers at the reception area, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service requests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.,Provide information about the company's services and facilities to visitors and customers.,Support the receptionist in managing the reception area during peak hours or when the receptionist is unavailable.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Indonesian language proficiency is a must.
