Urban Direct Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team in Pontianak. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure timely and efficient service to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English is a plus.π οΈ Keahlian
