Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all tests are performed accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lab results into overall business processes.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and processes.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of laboratory policies and procedures.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in clinical or research laboratory operations.,Proven track record of managing and mentoring lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, calibration, and maintenance procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and regulatory compliance.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.π οΈ Keahlian
