In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor cash levels and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.π οΈ Keahlian
